Refunds and Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 5 business days. If 5 business days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only damaged items are eligible for a refund. Should your item arrive to you with a defect you have 5 days to contact us for a refund or exchange. If you contact us outside of those 5 days we unfortunately cannot help you with a return or exchange. Candy or other food products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your merchandise back to us without first contacting our office.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org in the circumstance the same product is no longer available we will exchange for item of equal value of your choice.
If you need to exchange due to wrong sizing please email us at the email link above regarding the sizing issue and what size you would like to exchange for. If we have the size available we will be happy to exchange the item with the wrong size item is returned to us with tags in place. If we do not have that size available for exchange you will be offered to exchange for another item in correct size of equal value or refunded for the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item should you be exchanging for different sizes or other personal reasons. Return shipping will be covered by us if the product is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or not received.
