Our policy lasts 5 business days. If 5 business days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only damaged items are eligible for a refund. Should your item arrive to you with a defect you have 5 days to contact us for a refund or exchange. If you contact us outside of those 5 days we unfortunately cannot help you with a return or exchange. Candy or other food products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Accessories are not eligible for exchange or refund. 

If your return is approved your refund will be processed and you will receive store credit for the amount originally purchased. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your merchandise back to us without first contacting our office.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as a store credit for the original purchase price.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at in the circumstance the same product is no longer available we will exchange for item of equal value of your choice.

If you need to exchange due to wrong sizing please email us at the email link above regarding the sizing issue.  All returned items are for store credit. Once your item is returned you will receive store credit to then purchase the item with correct sizing.  All shipping cost will not be included in the store credit. You are responsible for your own shipping cost to return the items. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item should you be exchanging for different sizes or other personal reasons. Return shipping will be covered by us if the product is defective.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or not received.
